Why use me?
Because I was you, I was a 10 st wet through anxious ball of self-hate that wasn’t very confident in the gym. Ok, I’m guessing that’s not completely like you but what I mean is I know how intimidating the gym is I know the challenges of starting exercise with little knowledge and huge amounts of low self-esteem. Therefore this has shaped the way I train people I’m not a drill sergeant I’m not going to give you a diet plan or a training plan that you don’t feel comfortable with and just say stop whinging and get on with it. Our gym relationship will be a democracy ( although I’m still the prime minister or president lol). I will push you to achieve and push your limits of what you think you can achieve, but all the while making it something that you enjoy and that you are comfortable with.
